For his sixth signature sneaker, the Nike Zoom Kobe VI, Nike was heavily inspired by Kobe’s nickname, the Black Mamba. This is showcased by the reptilian design on the upper, scale-like pattern on the outsole, and Nike even imprinted “VENOMENON” in the front of the midsole. Glass Blue emerges on the laces and external heel counter, matched by the Phylon and Zoom Air midsole.
